RFQ Details

in a special arrangements with our joint venture partner we are looking to buy multiple contracts of Heavy Fuel Oil/MAZUT M100 (GOST 10585/75). Estimated requirements is for 100,000 to 500,000 MT per month for a period of 5 to 10 years.

in a speical arrangement with our joint venture partner we are looking for crude in the amoung of min of 2,000,000 barrels per month. Prefer Sulfur content of no greater than 2.12%.

requirements are, but not limited to:

Active refinery in good standing
refinery capable ofsecuring a 2% performance bond
Letter from refineries bank ensuring ability to perfomr under contract
proof of product
